This patient has a hard tissue pollybeak deformity, overrotated tip, bent nose, and obstructed nose from a deviated septum and nasal valve collapse after surgery twice by another surgeon. He is shown one year after DR. Sherris did a major revision rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and ear cartilage graft harvest for placement in the nose.
