This patient underwent septorhinoplasty for a large bump of the nose along with a somewhat coddled nasal tip.  Note the improvement in the profile view both at rest and when smiling and the pulling of the nasal tip downward.  Prior to surgery, her nasal tip pulled significantly downward when she smiled, and after surgery, this was resovled.
