This is a patient of Middle Eastern descent who underwent septorhinoplasty for nasal airway obstruction, rounded polly beak deformity and asymmetry of the nasal tip.   Please note the improvement in his symmetry in the both the front view and the base view.  Also note the improvement in profile view.  In the skyline view, from down the forehead, one can see the nose is much straighter.
