This patient is shown is a revision septorhinoplasty patient.  Prior surgery had resulted in asymmetries of his nasal tip and a rounded, somewhat polly beak appearance in the side view.  Dr. Sherris did reconstructive septorhinoplasty with a grafts from the septum  to reconstruct the airway and the appearance of the nose.
