This is a young man who suffered a saddle nose deformity from a nasal trauma during a sports event.  In the top two pictures he appears before surgery and after surgery; and in the third picture he appears before nasal trauma and after reconstruction of his nose.  In the bottom view, his airway is demonstrated before and after reconstructive surgery with a rib bone and cartilage graft.
