This is a patient that presented to me for revision septorhinoplasty.  She had undergone prior septorhinoplasty with placement of a rib cartilage graft which had warped and bent the nose.  Additionally, she had a deviated nasal septum and nasal tip, and a small bump on the nose.  She underwent bone graft harvest and placement in the nose along with a rhinoplasty.
