This is a woman who suffered nasal trauma resulting a curvature in a C-shape of her nose.  Additionally, in the bottom view, the tip is noted to be asymmetric and her septum is bent into the right nostril.  She underwent rhinoplasty to straighten the nose and septum and even the nasal tip.
