This again a lady of Middle Eastern descent who underwent a septorhinoplasty for a hanging nasal tip, small nasal bump and broad, large nasal tip. She underwent rhinoplasty to remove the bump, rotate the tip and make it smaller and make the nostrils slightly larger in diameter.
